The data categories listed below are collected in order to ensure long-term archiving, permanent findability and citability of the posted materials, as well as to exercise the right of secondary publication if necessary. In order to use alert services, an e-mail address must be provided. |

Please note: All information or data in italics will be published in the repository and will be accessible worldwide. The above-mentioned personal data is mandatorily processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contractual relationship). Upon conclusion of the publication contract, you enter into a contractual relationship with the HFD or the HLSB, which grants the HLSB the simple right to make extensive use of materials once uploaded. Within the framework of the publication contract, the deletion or correction of certain data is excluded, as these are necessary for permanent citability and archiving. The legal basis for the voluntarily provided data is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). These services can also be switched off without disadvantages. 3. Right of second publication For the clarification of secondary publication rights, the following data will be processed: E-mail addresses of the authors, e-mail correspondence with the publisher and/or congress organisers about a specific or self-written work. This correspondence will only be stored confidentially. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. The personal data is processed in order to be able to exercise another right (secondary publication right). 4.
